We had a wonderful Father’s Day weekend.  Dave and I took the kids to the nearby Busch Wildlife area to try out the new fishing poles Dave bought the kids for Father’s Day.  Toby loves to reel them in and would still be sitting by the lake if the choice was his.  Samantha doesn’t care for fishing but was happy to sit on a nearby log catching caterpillars and reading.  Trey would scream in horror and clench his shirt every time he even saw a fish.  Dave spent most of the afternoon untangling fishing lines and putting the worms on.  It’s all about Dad on this day, you know.  Afterwards, we all hopped in the truck, commented on what a great time we had, and headed for the pool.

If you’re wondering where all of the pictures are of Dave and the kids enjoying his special day, I accidentally deleted them, right along with all of the pictures where the kids are actually making eye contact with the camera and smiling :(

If you’re wondering where the pictures are of the delicious Father’s Day meal I prepared … hmmm … I guess I accidentally deleted those too ;)

HAPPY FATHER’S DAY DAVE!!!
YOU’RE AN INCREDIBLE DAD
WHO MAKES EVERY DAY ABOUT HIS FAMILY!!!
